WEEK 2 | PELVIC FLOOR Engage your breath to connect your pelvic floor
WEEK 3 | STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY The structural integrity of your body has been compromised so we need reestablish your foundation
WEEK 4 | YOUR FEET The way you walk, stand, carry yourself directly affects the function of your pelvis which can change...well...everything about your posture.
WEEK 5 | MORE FOOT STUFF You will do standing exercises using the support of your feet to support the pelvis WITH the support of the wall to connect to your center!
WEEK 6 | STRENGTH FROM THE INSIDE OUT Feel good and start building strength to prepare you for...the rest of your life!
